Travel Grants for Current Students
Graduate and undergraduate students in the Horticulture program at the University of Georgia may apply to receive travel funding. Undergraduate students with a minor in Horticulture may submit an application, but preference will be given to Horticulture majors. Prospective or recently accepted graduate students may also apply for a travel grant to visit the Horticulture Department at UGA.
- For existing students to receive funding, the student must be presenting research at a regional, national, or international conference.
- Attaching the abstract and/or acceptance letter for an upcoming presentation is encouraged, if applicable.
- Awards are need-based and will only serve as a reimbursement of actual expenses.
- Students are limited to receiving funding once per academic year.
